How to collect tokens
You can collect tokens by supporting our development. Simply send your suggestions/feedback/documents via email to info@npro.energy.
Here are the ways you can earn tokens:
- Suggestions for report export: Share your finalized project reports with specific suggestions on how we can improve report export (text passages, tables, graphics). (Of course, your submissions will be treated confidentially and used only for the further development of report exports!) (10 tokens)
- Result comparisons: Have you internally compared nPro results with other software tools? For example, geothermal design with EED? Or energy hub design with energyPRO? Provide us with your comparative calculations along with explanations for publication on our website (0.5 - 1 page in Word, including tables). (20 tokens)
- Application case description: Provide a real-world application case from one of your projects for publication on our website (about 2 pages in Word, including tables). This helps other users better understand the value of nPro. (30 tokens)
- Report export bug report:
- Minor issue (e.g., typo or incorrect unit): 2 tokens
- Moderate issue (e.g., missing input parameter or content-related error): 4 tokens
- Major issue (e.g., incorrect value in table/text): 8 tokens
- nPro software bug report:
- Minor issue (e.g., typo): 2 tokens
- Moderate issue (e.g., display problems): 4 tokens
- Major issue (e.g., calculation error): 8 tokens
- Funding requirements:
- Provide one of your successfully submitted project proposals (attachments of applications) for BEW funding (Module 1). (10 tokens)
- Share specific details needed for funding applications (e.g., feasibility studies required for BEW) that cannot yet be calculated with nPro (based on real feedback from funding agencies). (10 tokens)
- Internationalization: Provide suggestions on how nPro can be adapted for other countries, including data sources, building databases, and standards that could be integrated. (4-20 tokens)

- Customer quote/testimonial: Share your experience with nPro in 2-3 concise sentences (customer quote), which we may publish on our website. (10 tokens)
- Refer nPro: For each new customer you refer, you receive 30 tokens.
