Server infrastructure: User and project-related data

When using the nPro planning tool, user and project-related data is stored and processed on our server infrastructure. The associated data center is located in Germany and thus enables us to comply with the German Federal Data Protection Act. According to the data center operator, the data center is also certified in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and PCI DSS. Since we do not work with any other service providers when handling sensitive customer data, only company employees have access to user and project-related data.

Rights of the user

You are entitled to all rights according to the GDPR, including Art. 16 to 22 GDPR. In particular, as a user, you have the right to receive, upon request and free of charge, information about what personal data has been stored about you. You also have the right to have incorrect data corrected and to have your personal data processed restricted or deleted.
